REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

 Return Policy: Goods can be returned by registered mail, within 14 days of the date of purchase only, if the product is new, has not been opened or used, is whole, closed and in the original packaging in which it was sent, together with the purchase invoice and a written communication on the subject. The refund on the returned product will not be in full and the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of the product. In credit card transactions there may be an additional charge for a clearing fee of 2.5% as well as the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: A purchase may be canceled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-2010. The period of time for cancellation is 14 days from the day of purchase, if the product has not been used. The product is to be sent with the purchase invoice and a written communication by registered mail, closed, new and whole and in the original packaging. A cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the purchase will be deducted from the refund given. The refund will be carried out no later than 7 business days from the day of the arrival of the returned product, in the same manner as the transaction that was carried out.
