REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Return Policy
Goods can be returned via registered mail within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

Product is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging

A copy of the purchase invoice and a written request for return is included

The product is returned whole and undamaged
The refund will be subject to:

5% cancellation fee

2.5% additional fee for credit card transactions (clearing cost)
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at purchase.
Cancellation Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-2010, a purchase may be canceled within 14 days from the purchase date if the product has not been used.
Requirements:

Return via registered mail

Product must be new, sealed, complete, and in original packaging

Include invoice and written cancellation request
Refund will be issued within 7 business days from the arrival of the returned product, minus the 5% cancellation fee.
